The terms of using NANTI

NANTI lets you compose a one-page invitation website for an occasion, publish it at its own link, share that link, and collect replies from guests. The service is currently offered as a beta: features may change, and availability is not guaranteed.

You need an account to publish. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us at hello@bynanti.com if you believe someone else has access. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account. Accounts are for people aged 16 or over.

You keep ownership of the names, text, dates, images and design choices you add. You grant us only the permission needed to store your content and display it on the invitation pages you publish. You confirm that you hold the rights to any image you upload or link, and that you are entitled to hold the guest details you enter.

Replies collected through your invitation belong to you, and you act as the controller of that information. Use it for the occasion it was given for. Do not import lists you have no relationship with, and do not use NANTI to send unsolicited messages.

Do not use NANTI to publish unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive or sexually explicit material, to impersonate someone, to infringe copyright or trademarks, to run a fundraising or ticketing scheme you are not authorised to operate, or to distribute malware or phishing links. Do not probe, overload, scrape or attempt to bypass the access controls of the service. We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules, and where the breach is serious we may do so without notice.

During the beta the service is provided without charge and paid checkout is not active. When paid plans open we will state the price, what it includes and the refund position before you are asked to pay. Premium features on an event are unlocked only by a payment recorded by our systems.

We work to keep invitations fast and reachable, but the service is provided as it is. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and maintenance, third-party outages or faults may make pages temporarily unreachable. For an event where reachability is critical, keep an independent copy of the details you have shared.

To the fullest extent the law allows, NANTI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data, or loss arising from an event not proceeding as planned. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability is permitted to be capped, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or a nominal amount where the service was free.

You may stop using NANTI at any time, unpublish an event to take it out of public view, or ask us to delete your account. We may end the service, or your access to it, where these terms are broken or where continuing would be unlawful.

We will update these terms as the product develops and will note the revision date below. Continuing to use NANTI after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions go to hello@bynanti.com.
