Your event, your guests, your data

This notice explains what NANTI collects when you build an event page and when a guest replies to one. It is a general product notice, not legal advice.

Who we are

NANTI is a digital invitation service that turns an event into a single-page website with its own link and RSVP collection. The operating entity for this service is NANTI (operating entity to be confirmed), reachable at hello@bynanti.com.

Account data

To publish an invitation you create an account. We store your email address, an authentication record held by our authentication provider, an optional display name and language preference, and the timestamps of your account. Passwords are never stored in readable form and are never visible to us.

Event and invitation content

Everything you type into the builder — host names, titles, dates, venue, schedule, dress code, messages, image links and design choices — is stored so your page can be rendered and edited later. Before you sign in, a draft is kept only in your own browser's local storage and is not sent to us.

A published invitation is reachable by anyone holding its link. It is not listed in our sitemap and carries instructions asking search engines not to index it, but a link that is forwarded onward can be opened by whoever receives it. Do not place information on an invitation that you would not want a forwarded recipient to see.

Guest information and RSVP replies

When a guest replies, we store the name they enter, an optional email address, whether they are attending, their party size and any message. Where you add guests yourself, we store the name, email, phone number, status and notes you enter.

Guest lists and replies are visible only to the account that owns the event. They are never shown on the public invitation page, never shared with other hosts, and never sold or used for advertising. You are the controller of your guest data; please only add details you are entitled to hold.

Media

Images are referenced by link or held in private storage that is not publicly listable. Media attached to a published invitation is served to visitors of that page. Removing an image from an invitation removes it from the page.

Analytics and cookies

NANTI sets only the cookies and local storage strictly required to keep you signed in and to hold your unsent draft. We run no third-party advertising or tracking scripts, which is why you are not asked to accept cookies. Hosts see a simple view count for their own event page; guests are not profiled and no cross-site identifier is created.

If we later add a privacy-respecting analytics provider, this notice will be updated first, and any provider that requires non-essential cookies will be placed behind a consent choice.

Payments

Paid plans are not active during the beta and no payment details are collected. When checkout opens, card data will be handled entirely by a regulated payment processor; we will store only a payment reference, amount, currency and status in order to unlock premium features on an event. Full card numbers will never reach our systems.

Processors we rely on

We use a small number of infrastructure providers acting on our instructions: a managed Postgres and authentication platform for the database, accounts and file storage; an application hosting and content-delivery provider; and a web font provider whose stylesheet is requested by your browser when a page loads. A transactional email provider and a payment processor will be added when those features are released.

Retention and deletion

Event content, guest lists and replies are kept while your account holds the event. Deleting an event deletes its sections, guests, replies and media records. Unpublishing an event removes the page from public view while keeping your data. Ask us at hello@bynanti.com to delete your account and we will remove your account record and the events it owns.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Most of this you can do yourself from your dashboard; for anything else, write to hello@bynanti.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Changes

We will update this page when the product changes and will note the date of the latest revision below.
